Return & Exchange Policy
At Festipik, many of our collections are available in limited quantities and may include single-stock pieces. Therefore, returns and direct replacements are not applicable.
Damaged or Defective Products
In the unlikely event of transit damage or a manufacturing defect reported during unboxing, customers may choose an alternative product of equal value as a replacement, subject to product availability.
Important Guidelines
- An unboxing video is mandatory for damage claims.
- Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Products showing signs of usage, damage after delivery, or mishandling will not be eligible for replacement consideration.
