Return & Exchange Policy

At Festipik, many of our collections are available in limited quantities and may include single-stock pieces. Therefore, returns and direct replacements are not applicable.

Damaged or Defective Products

In the unlikely event of transit damage or a manufacturing defect reported during unboxing, customers may choose an alternative product of equal value as a replacement, subject to product availability.

Important Guidelines

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for damage claims.
  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Products showing signs of usage, damage after delivery, or mishandling will not be eligible for replacement consideration.

  • Clearance or sale items
  • Used or damaged products after delivery
